goldendoodle puppies near me for sale

Like any dog, Goldendoodles can get into mischief and develop behavioral problems if they are left alone for long periods of time. Goldendoodles require a moderate amount of exercise and can live happily in urban or rural environments. This is a “breed in progress,” whose temperament and other traits should become more consistent and predictable as time goes on. The Goldendoodle is an active, highly energetic dog suitable for all types of athletic activities, such as flyball, agility, hide and seek, fetch and retrieve and other outdoor canine sports. Even though its original ancestors, the Golden Retriever and Standard Poodle, were bred as hunting dogs, the Goldendoodle has not been bred or widely used for that purpose. These dogs need a big, safely enclosed area in which to romp and run around. They also benefit from daily walks. Many Goldendoodles are instinctively attracted to water and love to swim. Running, swimming, playing, walking or otherwise romping for several hours a day will keep a Goldendoodle mentally and physically fit. Because it is such a young “breed,” the behavioral traits of the Goldendoodle are not yet well characterized. Certainly, if left unattended in a crate or elsewhere for long periods of time, a Goldendoodle will become bored and lonely, and may become depressed and destructive.

The breeder should also be willing to show you mom and dad of pups. I don't think there is such thing as a non allergenic dog. Barley does not shed! His dad is std poodle and mom gld retriever. He has SOME curl. The tighter the curl the less shedding they have. Temperament: AWESOME!Dedicated family dog, even temperament, and very loving! He is corky and funny.

goldendoodle puppies for sale in michigan

They are sensitive to their family members activity levels, often they enjoy playing sports and active play with some and gentle imaginary play with others. They love to be with their families and do best when they live in the home. Our Goldendoodles get along well with children and other dogs and many of our Goldendoodles are great friends with the cats living within their families too. Say Hello to Paxton, the amazing mini Goldendoodle. Paxton is assimilating quite well in his new environment and doesn't seem to mind the nice sunny weather of Miami FL!A special thanks to Premier Pups for ensuring our adoption of Pax and his subsequent travel to Miami was as smooth as possible. We've adopted wonderful pets before but this a first, in terms of travel to his new home.
